About David's Data Warehouse
David's Data Warehouse makes teacher-made Excel tools for the data work that fills a school year: universal screeners like i-Ready, DIBELS 8 and Acadience, English language proficiency results, IEP and 504 accommodations, grades and attendance.
The idea is simple. Schools collect a lot of assessment data, but it usually lives in separate reports and exports. These workbooks put a class's results in one place, color-code them consistently, and produce a summary you can bring to a data meeting without rebuilding charts by hand.
How the trackers are designed
- Official results in, clear summaries out. You enter or paste the scores and levels from official reports; the trackers organize them.
- No guessing. Where a level comes from an official conversion or report, the tracker asks you to enter it rather than estimating it.
- Built for real schedules. Dropdowns, protected formulas and one-page summaries keep data entry quick.
- Privacy-minded. Files are saved where you choose, such as your district's drive.
